Extra Help with Relieving Constipation

Constipation can occur when the muscles seize and/ or poorly digested food is allowed to putrify and become built-up. Bowel rehydration and correct muscle movement is important, as with diarrhoea. In particular for constipation:

This action can work for both constipation and diarrhoea and is very effective if you alternate with both.

  • Get moving – constipation can occur when we don’t exercise enough and our colon is affected by this lack of circulation.
