Helena Louis Fernand

Founder, Creative Director

Helena is the founder and driving force behind My Nutri Profile. She had a long stint in the modelling and film world before focusing on her passion for natural healthcare.

In fact it was her own health challenges, outlined in Our Story section, that fuelled her passion for natural alternatives to conventional medicine. The lack of accessible and affordable natural healthcare to resolve her own issues compelled her to deeply research the nutrition industry.

Her research led her to renowned nutritional therapist, Charlotte Watts.  They believe everyone should have access to personalised information about their nutritional needs so together they founded My Nutri Profile.

Founder, Head Nutritionist

Charlotte WattsOur Head Nutritionist, Charlotte has been with us since the very start, helping evolve our ethos and approach. She also designed our evaluation and wrote the majority of the Dietary and Lifestyle Report. Charlotte not only studied at The Institute of Optimum Nutrition but was also a second year tutor there for many years and also Year 3 Programme Leader.

She is co-author of the book The Top 100 Recipes for Happy Kids and a writer and nutrition advisor for a publishing company who produce health cookbooks such as Marks and Spencer titles Low Carb Cookbook, and Lose Weight Now! She also has a new title out in 2008 called Diets to Help Lower Cholesterol.

Charlotte has contributed to Red Magazine, The Mirror Magazine and The Metro newspapers and her passion lies in bringing practical and realistic nutritional change to as many people as possible. She has a busy practice in Brighton and London.


Prash Patel

Founder, Head of Marketing

Prash is a sales and marketing professional with a broad level of international experience, professional relationships and successful track record over the past fifteen years of expanding businesses online in multiple niche markets around the world.

His specialties include:

  • Go-to-market strategy from concept to launch, positioning, messaging & targeting through development, launch, sales & advocacy
  • Delivering effective branding, concept and product marketing, lead generation, sales conversions, customer retention strategies and after sales support systems
  • Identification of market demands in diverse markets, including emerging markets, and socially responsible products and services.
