
Vegetable sticks

Serves 2
Ingredients:
4 stalks celery
2 large carrots
2 red peppers
½ cucumber
Instructions:
- Slice the vegetables lengthways into sticks.
- Serve with the houmus or mackerel pate – eat with your hands and use the vegetable sticks to scoop up the dip.
- Store in containers with some water and lemon juice to snack on.
