Vegetable sticks

Serves 2

4 stalks celery
2 large carrots
2 red peppers
½ cucumber


  1. Slice the vegetables lengthways into sticks.
  2. Serve with the houmus or mackerel pate – eat with your hands and use the vegetable sticks to scoop up the dip.
  • Store in containers with some water and lemon juice to snack on.
