Refreshing fruit soup

Serves 2
Time to Prepare 10mins

Ingredients:
2 cups of cherries, pitted and stemmed
1 punnet of raspberries
1 punnet of strawberries
1 lemon, peeled and quartered
1 orange, peeled and in wedges
4tbsp agar agar flakes or powder
ΒΌ tsp ground cinammon

Instructions:

  1. Juice the cherries and lemon.
  2. In a blender, blend cherry juice together with the strawberries, blueberries, and agar.
  3. Serve in a bowl with cinammon garnish and orange wedges.
