Quinoa porridge

Serves 1
Preparation time 5 to 6 minutes

Ingredients:
50g quinoa flakes
300mls soya milk
25g ground nuts and seeds

Instructions:

  1. add quinoa flakes to large microwavable cereal bowl.
  2. pour on soya milk.
  3. microwave for 5 to 6 minutes at full power, stop microwave after 3 minutes and stir bowl contents.
  4. sprinkle on ground nuts and seeds.
  5. top with cinnamon powder if desired.
  6. allow to cool for 1 to 2 minutes before consumption as porridge will be very hot!
