Preparation time 5 to 6 minutes
50g quinoa flakes
300mls soya milk
25g ground nuts and seeds
- add quinoa flakes to large microwavable cereal bowl.
- pour on soya milk.
- microwave for 5 to 6 minutes at full power, stop microwave after 3 minutes and stir bowl contents.
- sprinkle on ground nuts and seeds.
- top with cinnamon powder if desired.
- allow to cool for 1 to 2 minutes before consumption as porridge will be very hot!
