Orange waldorf salad

A touch of orange zest not only adds some extra antioxidants to this lovely salad, but also an extra sweetness and a bit of zing!

Serves 2

2 large apples
2 stalks celery
1 tbsp walnuts
Handful red grapes
1dsp whole bio or live yoghurt
Grated rind of half an orange
½ bag of green leaf salad or several leaves of lettuce to serve.


  1. Chop the apple into small chunks and the celery into small slices.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients into a large bowl and serve.
  3. Can be served with green leaf salad or lettuce.
