
Orange waldorf salad

A touch of orange zest not only adds some extra antioxidants to this lovely salad, but also an extra sweetness and a bit of zing!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 large apples
2 stalks celery
1 tbsp walnuts
Handful red grapes
1dsp whole bio or live yoghurt
Grated rind of half an orange
½ bag of green leaf salad or several leaves of lettuce to serve.
Instructions:
- Chop the apple into small chunks and the celery into small slices.
- Mix all of the ingredients into a large bowl and serve.
- Can be served with green leaf salad or lettuce.
