Olive oil based dressings

Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
½ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon wholegrain mustard
½ teaspoon honey – preferably Manuka
½ tablespoon apple cider or Balsamic vinegar
Variations:
Fennel seeds
Cumin seeds
Horseradish
Pesto sauce
Tahini
Juice of half a lemon instead of vinegar
Instructions:
- Mix up ingredients in jug with fork
- To serve, drizzle over salad or mix in with salad vegetables immediately before eating
- Can keep, even make in larger batches and store in fridge
