Hardcore liver flush morning glory

Start each morning with a liver flush – this can follow a small glass of warm water just to wake up the body and breakfast should be about 20 minutes after. Do this daily or periodically when you feel you need a cleanse, maybe the first week of every month.

Serves 1

Ingredients:
Juice of one grapefruit (or orange)
Blend one lemon with the rind
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 crushed clove garlic
1 inch ginger root, grated
1/8 – ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Cinnamon to taste

Instructions:

  1. Quickly mix up all ingredients – use a fork to whisk.
  2. Drink back quickly as the mixture can separate.
  3. You can prepare the night before and refrigerate overnight, but whisk up mixture before drinking.
