Apple and apricot muesli

Serves 10

125 g wheat flakes (substitute buckwheat flakes for wheat-free option)
125 g rice flakes
125 g millet flakes
75 g sunflower seeds
50 g pumpkin seeds
90 g shelled Brazil nuts, roughly chopped
115 g no-soak dried apple, roughly chopped
115 g dried stoned apricots, roughly chopped


  1. Add all of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly until combined. Store the muesli in an airtight jar or container.
  2. Serve with milk, soy milk, plain bio or live yoghurt or apple juice.
