Almond milk

Serves: 2–4

Ingredients:

50g raw whole almonds
1 litre mineral water

Instructions:

  1. Add all of the water to the almonds in a large container with a lid.
  2. Cover the container with a lid and leave to chill in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
  3. After 6 hours, put the whole of the almonds and water in a blender and blend until fully liquid. If not eating immediately fill the container with fresh mineral water and store in the refrigerator.
  4. You may want to play around with the consistency or strength that suits or taste or matches best use or cooking needs, by adding more or less water.
