Almond milk

Serves: 2–4
Ingredients:
50g raw whole almonds
1 litre mineral water
Instructions:
- Add all of the water to the almonds in a large container with a lid.
- Cover the container with a lid and leave to chill in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
- After 6 hours, put the whole of the almonds and water in a blender and blend until fully liquid. If not eating immediately fill the container with fresh mineral water and store in the refrigerator.
- You may want to play around with the consistency or strength that suits or taste or matches best use or cooking needs, by adding more or less water.
